Shawn Sullivan serves as one of two primary leaders in the firm’s large tax group. With extensive experience in international and federal tax planning and compliance, Shawn directs and implements tax strategies to help the firm’s clients manage and mitigate their tax liability. In addition to tax planning, his background includes both public and private experience in accounting and financial leadership. His expertise also encompasses mergers and acquisitions and business structuring.

Shawn works frequently with clients in the manufacturing, wholesale/retail distribution, real estate development and management, construction and contractor industries.

A native Kansan and graduate of Wichita State University, Shawn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA). He is a member of the KSCPA board of directors and chairs the KSCPA Committee on Taxation.
